We will source items within your approved budget only.

We are not responsible for purchasing items that exceed your selected budget unless written approval is provided.

If you request items beyond your approved estimate, the additional product cost plus service fee will apply.

Being transparent about your budget allows us to shop accurately and avoid delays.

2️⃣ Deposit & Payment Structure

Your deposit should reflect the estimated cost of your requested grocery items.

Orders are not processed until a deposit is received.

Savoury Cravings reserves the right to request full payment upfront when necessary.

Orders will not be delivered unless paid in full.

This protects both parties from underfunded or unpaid orders and ensures smooth execution.

3️⃣ Shopping & Approval Process

Once your deposit is secured:
We source and purchase your requested items.

A photo summary of purchased items will be provided.

If you approve additional purchases exceeding your original budget, the outstanding balance + applicable service fees must be settled before delivery.

Freight or special handling charges (if applicable) are not included in standard service fees.

4️⃣ Refund Policy

After fulfillment and deduction of service fees, any remaining balance will be promptly refunded.

5️⃣ Delivery & Scheduling

Please provide:

Preferred delivery date

Time window

Exact delivery address

Access instructions (if applicable)

Timelines are confirmed after review and deposit.

Large-scale or last-minute requests may require extended notice or expedited coordination fees.
