1. Processing Time:

  • Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • During high volume periods, such as holidays or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience during these times.

2. Shipping Methods:

  • We offer standard shipping for all orders within The Commonwealth of the Bahamas and express shipping options for select regions.
  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order.
  • We are not responsible for Freight charges or Shipping Fees.

3. Shipping Destinations:

  • We currently ship orders to addresses within The Bahamas.
  • If you require shipping to an address outside of our standard shipping destinations, please contact us at savourycravings@gmail.com to discuss available options.

4. Delivery Time:

  • Delivery times vary depending on your location and availiability.
  • Delivery is for Nassau based customers only, and  from 5:30pm-8:00pm on weekdays and 9:00am to 4:30 pm on Saturdays. We are closed on Sunday and holidays.

5. Order Tracking:

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information if available.
  • You can track the status of your order using the provided tracking number on our website or through the courier's website.

6. Delivery Attempts:

  • Our shipping partners will make multiple attempts to deliver your order to the provided shipping address.
  • If you are unavailable to receive the delivery, a delivery notification will be left, and you may need to arrange for re-delivery or pick up your order from a designated location.
  • Additional charge is required for re-delivery.

7. Shipping Restrictions:

  • Certain items may be subject to shipping restrictions due to size, weight, or other factors.
  • We reserve the right to cancel orders or adjust shipping methods for items that cannot be shipped using standard shipping methods.

8. Shipping Damage or Loss:
