✔ Deposits must reasonably reflect the estimated value of your grocery request. Savoury Cravings reserves the right to request additional funds or full payment before purchasing.

✔ We shop according to your selected package and approved budget. We cannot purchase items that exceed your approved spending limit.

✔ Product availability may vary by store. Approved substitutions may be made when requested items are unavailable.

✔ Photos of purchased items may be provided before delivery for verification purposes.

✔ Delivery times begin after payment confirmation and may vary based on package level, store availability, weather conditions, and special sourcing requests.

✔ Same-day and priority services are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed during peak periods.

✔ Grocery orders must be paid in full before delivery.

✔ Delivery fees are separate from provisioning service fees unless otherwise stated.

✔ While we carefully inspect items during shopping, Savoury Cravings is not responsible for manufacturer defects, factory-sealed product issues, spoilage occurring before our purchase, or quality concerns originating from the supplier.

✔ Alcohol purchases are available only where legally permitted and may require valid identification upon delivery.

✔ Refunds apply only to unused funds remaining after approved purchases, service fees, and delivery charges have been deducted.

✔ Family Island deliveries may require additional processing and freight charges.
