1. Do you ship to the Family Islands?

Yes, we ship to anywhere in The Bahamas. It typically takes 1-3 days to process orders for the Family Islands. The shipping fee covers the service charge for delivering items to your chosen Mailboat, not the freight cost. Please note, you are responsible for the freight of your products.

What are your Shipping and Delivery fees?

Delivery Fee (Nassau Residence):

Purchases made from:

$10 -$49 are subject to $7.00 delivery service charge.

$50-$100 are subject to $ 5.00 delivery service charge.

$100 or more are given free delivery.

Family Island Shipping:

Purchases made from:

$0-$100 are subject to $10 Shipping service charge,

$101-more are subject to $ 15 Shipping service charge.

Shipping include your packaging, label and delivery.

Business Shipping/Delivery:

Purchases made from:

 $0-$149 are subject to $15 Shipping service charge,

$150-$249 are subject to $ 20 Shipping service charge.

Shipping/ Delivery include your packaging, label and expedited delivery.

2. What is your return policy?

We have a 7-day return policy. This means that you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Please note that if items are open or used and the package is missing more than one (1) item, you will not be eligible for a return. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase. Yes, we do offer exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
